Compressor repair and maintenance

1.    Routine maintenance can ensure the normal operation of air compression equipment and ensure the quality of compressed air. Should be designated staff day, week, year testing.

2.    Daily test: Check the temperature indicator.

3.    Week inspection: Check the automatic discharge valve is normal, otherwise need to manually discharge condensate from the gas tank. Check the amount of lubricant on the compressor. Check the color gauge of the differential pressure gauge of the compressor and replace the filter element if necessary. Check the sound, smell machine temperature is normal, pay attention to whether the gas leak.

4.    Annual maintenance: replace each filter element, if necessary, replace the dryer in the adsorbent.
